My Story
Founded by Suzanne Van Amburgh, a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of experience, Stewardship Angle was created to help organizations navigate the complexities of leadership change with confidence and foresight. Suzanne’s deep expertise in change leadership, workforce optimization, and executive coaching has been shaped by decades of guiding organizations through significant moments of transformation—always with a focus on stability, people, and long-term success.

Kyle specializes in enterprise risk and compliance program development and implementation, with particular expertise in helping businesses scale for growth.
Her 25 years in the Pacific NW banking industry have spanned a wide array of positions including sales, production, operations, leadership, audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management. This diversity of experience has given her a unique understanding of the way perspectives and motivations must be blended in service of an organization’s strategic goals.

Kyle is a former Chair of the Oregon Bankers Association Risk & Compliance Roundtable and remains passionately active in the OBA and ABA communities.
